These twins didn’t like their hair. Cipriani asserts: I was not allowed to be creative. I almost dislike my hair and see it as a barrier.
However, after a while, they decided to stop straightening their hair because they loved it.

A blog was started by them and their friend Nakisha Brunson. They put it this way: It has gotten to the point where people don’t like it when people wear an Afro or do nothing with their natural hair. We wanted to dispel notions regarding natural hair.’

The quirky sisters are now adored by people all over the world and appear in photo sessions for magazines like ASOS, Gap, and fashion.
Cipriani prepared the girls’ responses in advance because the same questions are asked of them every day.

My initial reaction is: That’s my right; it goes without saying that I adore my hairstyle right now; otherwise, I would have changed it long ago.
I respond, ‘It’s just my choice,’ instead. Having said that, my preference is based not only on aesthetics but also on the distinct state of our hair.
