Many years ago, a family lost a dog. For the past ten years, the owners had given up hope of ever seeing the pet again. And then there was a call — the dog had been located! During his absence, the dog traveled a long way and arrived in California. The dog was quite fortunate.
Passing through city after city, he met wonderful individuals who fed him, never letting him go hungry, and he eventually ended up in a sheriff’s office, where they scanned his microchip and discovered where his family resides. The dog had to be moved to another state in some way. A light-engine aircraft pilot stepped in to help the dog.
The man occasionally flies to those areas and promises to return the dog back to them. Perhaps not a single dog in the world had to fly on a private aircraft, which was available to him at all times. He had to stop a few times to refuel, but the dog’s journey was mostly uneventful.
The dog snored quietly the entire journey, sitting in a cage on the passenger seat. His family was already at the airport waiting for him.
The encounter with the pet turned out to be really moving. The owners had scarcely recognized the dog because they had last seen him as a puppy.
The dog’s life on the street had a significant impact on him. He had to deal with a lot of hardships, including a cold, conflicts with other dogs, illness, and loneliness.
