The stray puppy was discovered by Karen boss’ house, and he chose to take her to a no-kill shelter.
He told Karen afterwards that he had to have this puppy. Karen then brought her home.
The owners later learned that the dog had multiple litters of puppies when they took her to the veterinarian.
The kind man assumed the dog was likely producing puppies, so they simply left her.
For the first few months, the dog simply hid and wouldn’t come out unless they gave her a reward or asked her to.
However, the dog started to trust her new family after six months with them. He was the ideal canine.
She was, however, a completely different dog after spending two years with Karen. The dog was genuinely joyful and playful.
She even went to the gym every day and wouldn’t allow Karen go without her.
The amiable Labrador ran over to the gym and greeted everyone. She would then sit and observe her owner and other people working out.
Karen was never out of her sight, she made sure of it.
