Mila has been breeding rabbits for a long time, but a month and a half ago she had the most unexpected surprise: their rabbit gave birth to a bunny without ears.
Since young bunnies are so tiny and may have ears that are hardly visible, Mila was unable to instantly understand what was happening.
The unusual infant also had seven additional brothers and sisters that lived nearby the mother all the time.
Mila realized that one of the rabbits was born without ears. Although the breeder was convinced otherwise, he grew up just like his brothers.
He proved to be just as amusing and as eager as other young bunnies. Mila took the decision to raise the odd baby herself as a result, which pleased her four children.
They gave the rabbit the name Kat since he resembles a kitten or perhaps a lion cub rather than a hare.
The children of Mila are thrilled with the bunny and think it’s miraculous that it doesn’t have ears.
The family’s veterinarian paid them a visit as well, giving them the assurance that the rabbit was well.
A genetic mutation that is extremely uncommon but nevertheless occurs.
