A man who got lost in a forest believed he would never make it.
Bill, his loyal border collie, who was standing next to him and helped the search and rescue crew locate the owner, saved the day.
Only the day following the event, when he got to an area of the forest with cellular coverage, was the man able to call for assistance.
The rescuers were called after the man managed to get contact with a friend, but they had no idea where to search for him.
The rescue crew was searching the forest when they came across a black and white dog, which had been searching for them for a while.
When Bill spotted others, he actively started to leap and called for them to follow him.
Soon a helicopter was on the scene to fly the man to the hospital. Bill was taken there as well.
