The thoughtful son purchased a small apartment near his home to ensure his mother’s comfort. The apartment was in poor condition, requiring complete removal of old coatings: ceilings were stripped of paint using tools and chemical solutions to reach bare concrete.
Ceramic tiles were laid in the hallway and kitchen, while parquet flooring was installed in the living room. The transition was sealed neatly with silicone. The kitchen, with access to the balcony, was fully renovated with custom furniture, leaving the doorway open as the gas supply was disconnected.
In the bathroom, the shower cabin was removed to expand the space, allowing for the installation of a standard 60 cm wide vanity. The ceiling was leveled to 2.5 meters throughout the apartment. The balcony was glazed and styled consistently with the rest of the space.
