To help Pillo reconcile with her previous family, the mother and son graciously traveled hundreds of miles.
They were unable to bring their puppy with them when Lily Brown went to Europe.
Even though Pillo, who was just three years old, cherished her humans and treasured her family, they realized they had to leave her behind.
They also didn’t want to put the dog’s new family in a position where they would have to take the dog away from them, making them upset, even if they wanted to take Pillo back when they got back.’ Lily remarked.
We didn’t want someone to develop feelings for her and then leave her after three years.
They therefore made arrangements for Pillo to live with a man with whom she appeared to get along well.
The family was confident that their dog was having a great time with his new owner because the man continued providing them updates on his connection with Pillo.
Lily remarked, ‘We were basically surprised. ‘We just sort of said, ‘Oh. Wow. We had not anticipated it to happen. They were doing fantastic last I heard. We didn’t anticipate that.
