In the Reserve, there has been a fairly unusual occurrence. A photographer took a number of pictures that provide new light on how wild animals of the same and different species interact and behave. These pictures show a lion pride.
A lioness spots a cub laying in the middle of the road, and the group comes to a standstill.
The fox is in really bad shape.
In a strange turn of events, the lioness’ maternal instincts take over and she decides to rescue the little fox who is vulnerable.
She commands her pups not to bother the fox as she stands next to him. However, the troop’s other members do not agree with this choice.
A lion soon challenges the lioness about this peculiar arrangement.
He simply does not get why she would defend a simple object. The good lioness, however, honors her commitment to safeguard the little fox at all costs, even if it means going up against her own family.
Finally agreeing with the lioness’ requests, the lion leaves with the fox in peace.
After some time, the fox tries to stand up and moves in the direction of his house.
