«Who Said Everything Around Us Has a Logical Explanation?»
Some things in life defy logic, and the topic of late motherhood is a striking example.
This is the story of Adriana, a woman who gave birth at 66.
Throughout her pregnancy, she was constantly told that she wouldn’t succeed, that the risks were too high, and that her baby might not be healthy. But she refused to give up.
And then, her daughter was born. At first, the little girl didn’t understand why people treated her differently. Neighbors showed her extra care, and even strangers seemed to pay her special attention.
The children in the neighborhood initially assumed Adriana was her grandmother. But once they learned the truth, their perspective changed.
There was some teasing, a few laughs about her mother’s age, but eventually, the jokes stopped, replaced by admiration and respect.
Adriana proved to the world that love conquers all. She believed in herself, in her strength, and in her child even before she was born.
What do you think about late motherhood? In what cases do you think it is justified and should be accepted?
