Malia E. and her family moved into a new home in the beginning of January, but quickly discovered that a stranger was residing on their property.
Fortunately, he was pleasant.
Malia and her husband were surprised to find a note from the previous owners asking them to take care of a beautiful cat that was living in the backyard when they first entered the house.
‘We peered out the sliding door into the yard and saw the cat right away. He was staring directly at us,’ Malia explains.
Fluffy is quite fortunate to have found neighbors.
Cats are a big thing for them, thus they immediately wanted to ‘adopt’ him.
Malia and her family were delighted to accommodate the previous owners’ request and care for yet another animal.
After a few weeks, the cat began to trust the new family more and more as he realized they were taking care of him.
A full member of the family and a sizable cat gang, Malia believes that the cat’s heart will soon entirely soften and she will be able to bring him home.
