This eight-year-old cat was discovered wandering around Perth, Australia. She was quiet, timid, and her eyes were always downcast.
Nonetheless, she was noticed by nice strangers who took her to the nearest shelter.
She was given the nickname Shiba at the shelter.
She didn’t leave the enclosure or even raise her head, as though something was always on her mind. There were no health issues discovered during the veterinarian inspection.
Fortunately, a home for the cat was found promptly, and she was moved the next day. One of the volunteer girls drove her home. Shiba was first shy due to the unfamiliar surroundings and avoided people, hiding beneath the bed and only coming out to eat.
However, she eventually learned that everyone here simply wanted the best for her, and she began to adjust to a new home and new owners.
The cat practically bloomed before our eyes as it felt protected, and was completely unrecognizable.
Her personality was kind and friendly.
She hopped on her temporary owner’s lap and purred pleasantly all the time, since this cat required a lot of tenderness and attention.
