Isaac was intrigued and approached the stranger to find out what he was up to.
In memory of his late mother, the man said he regularly disburses money to adults and children at the cafe and other establishments.
He affixes a note to the money that says ‘Love Everyone’ and best wishes.
These were his mother’s parting words. Since 2015, the man has been distributing money and notes.
According to the New York Post, he has already given strangers over $14,000 in donations.
