This dog spent the majority of his life with a loving family, sharing in his owners’ companionship and going for runs in the adjacent park.

‘Billy is fiery, mischievous, sweet, free, delicate, calm, and he barks like an aged person,’ the sanctuary’s owner said.
Billy, now that he’s more established, needs more rest than the average small child. He loves to rest, and he has earned the right to do so.
He’ll drop off wherever, anytime, on the kitchen floor, on a potty cushion, or on the biggest, most comfortable bed in the corner.
The shelter staff refurbished the shelter for the dog’s birthday celebration, paying honor to the little doggy and providing him with the two things he values most on the globe — treats and a rest.
The owner makes each of the dogs in their care feel special by throwing celebrations to remember every possible occasion with them.
Billy will be getting a lot more birthdays thanks to people that take care of him.
