A lost cat has been coming to the police station for a while now.
But on one occasion she came and never left. The police gave her the moniker ‘police cat.’
For the past four years, the Police Department’s team has had an unofficial charm thanks to a stray cat that appeared at their central command one day and never left.
A police officer posted on the internet, ‘We have tried several tactics over the years to encourage her to come in from the elements, but she stays firm.’
They started building her a little house to accommodate her outdoor lifestyle because nothing else seemed to work.
After much searching, she was able to find an apartment unit that suited her standing with the police.
The department reports that ‘an experienced officer stayed late after work for quite some time building up the feline’s new home.’
The home features a distinctive design, a sizable patio for dining al fresco, and sliding window entryways with panoramic city views.
They added that the cat has made himself at home and appears to be very content in his new, specially designed cat apartment.
