The shelter’s walls housed Lina, a lovely dog, for more than a year.
During this time, many of her companions had already been taken, and this small puppy had been unfortunate for some reason.
The workers at the shelter said she was not only attractive but also sociable, intelligent, and well-behaved.

She also did not have any health issues.
One woman frequently worked as a volunteer at the shelter, walking the dogs, bringing food or donations, and being concerned about the tiny Lina, whose owners had given her to the shelter because they were moving.

This shelter also held a regular event where the animals were shown to potential owners and given the chance to talk.
That day, many were pleased by Lina’s pleasant demeanor, but they refused to take her.
Lina developed an attachment to the same volunteer who was concerned about her during her time at the shelter.

Following that, she made the only logical choice: If not herself, who else could possibly be the ideal owner for this lovely girl?
The following day, she drove Lina to her house after arriving at the shelter.
