As winter steadily approaches in Portugal, some folks made the decision to provide shelter for stray dogs during the snow season.
The employees at the bus terminal created a little area on their property where the dogs may stay warm and be taken care of.
They receive more than just food and water.
However, the team also created beds out of old tires and blankets for dogs so they could handle the cold.
For these three guys, it may not sound like much, but it’s like staying at a five-star hotel.
These animals have been through a lot, and possibly this is the first time someone has shown them any attention or had a positive attitude toward them.
They can’t convey their appreciation to their rescuers in words, so they only gaze at them with contented eyes.
A local legislator and animal rights activist noticed the act of goodwill and commented, ‘My thanks to the staff, everyone recognizes that these angels exist and deserve the right to exist.
There were other businesses that could have adopted an animal. Cool, right?
