On our first date, she brought her mother along. Her mother started asking questions, probing every detail about me. Feeling cornered, I realized I had to take control of the situation quickly.

First Impressions: The Unexpected Guest 🥂🍷

I’ve been on dating apps for a while, surviving my fair share of awkward and bizarre dates 😅, but nothing prepared me for what happened last weekend!

A few weeks ago, I met Deniz, and we immediately clicked. She was sweet, charming, and, surprisingly, even my stupid jokes made her laugh 😂. After a few messages, I asked her out. Scheduling was tough with our busy lives, but finally, last weekend, we set a date 🗓️.

I chose an elegant downtown restaurant. Excitement buzzed through me ⚡. I arrived early, as usual—I like making a good impression 😎. The ambiance was perfect: dim lights, sleek modern design, quiet conversations—everything seemed ideal for a first date.

And then she arrived… but not alone. Walking beside her was a striking older woman, impeccably dressed, eyes sharp enough to pierce steel 😳. My stomach flipped.

“Hi, Ronnie!” Deniz said with a bright smile. “This is my mother, Claire.”

“Nice to meet you,” I said, trying to hide my surprise. Claire’s handshake was firm, commanding, almost saying: “I run this show.”

“I hope you don’t mind me joining tonight,” she added, her tone firm.

“Of course, the more the merrier,” I lied smoothly, thinking, “What on earth is happening?”

We sat down, and Claire immediately took control.

“So, Ronnie, where do your parents work?” she began, staring as if I were prey. 🧐

I tried to stay calm, feeling like I was in a job interview.

“My mom is a teacher, my dad an engineer… both retired now,” I replied.

“And where do you live? Apartment? House?”

“In a small house,” I said cautiously.

“What do you do for work? How much do you earn?” The questions came relentlessly. 💸

I hoped Deniz would intervene, but she just smiled, as if this was normal.

“I already told Deniz what I do,” I said, attempting to regain some control.

Deniz nodded, then turned to her mother:

“Ronnie is a business analyst.”

Claire leaned in, eyes narrowing. “You seem to match Deniz, Ronnie. We love the finer things—luxury, comfort. That requires money!” 🤑

I smiled widely. “Absolutely! Lobster for us then! I see this is a serious discussion about my future with your daughter, right, ma’am?” 🦞✨

Claire’s eyes sparkled, Deniz’s jaw dropped 😲. I barely restrained my laughter.

“I will take care of Deniz if we marry,” I continued. “She’ll stay home with the children, and, of course, I’ll buy a house nearby for you too.”

They exchanged a look of astonishment, almost convinced by my words.

“Oh, Ronnie! How wonderful!” Claire exclaimed.

I nodded solemnly. “Perfect. Let’s meet my other wives too, to bless our future plans.”

Both their faces went pale.

“What did you say?” Claire gasped. “Other… wives?” Deniz stammered.

“Yes, two other amazing women. A big family. Some children are too spoiled and live with adoptive parents. I expect at least five kids with you to restore balance,” I said calmly. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Claire turned ghostly white, Deniz nearly fainted.

“Five children?! That’s… a joke, right?” Claire whispered.

“Not at all. Quite an exciting lifestyle,” I said, barely suppressing a laugh.

When the check arrived, I smiled. “In our culture, strong, independent women don’t rely on men. You show these qualities. I’m paying only for myself.” 💪💼

Indignation and shock crossed their faces.

Deniz reached for her bag, Claire was furious.

“Seriously?” Deniz whispered.

“Absolutely. Show your strength,” I said, standing tall.

Walking outside, the cool night air felt refreshing 🌃. That first date turned into an unforgettable lesson in self-assertion.

Sometimes, the best way to handle audacious people is to turn their game against them 😏. Deniz and Claire learned: trying to manipulate someone for money can backfire hilariously.

It was one of the most memorable dates of my life—fun, strange, and a reminder of my own wit and courage 😎🍸.
