Brie received a new house and a new buddy in the form of a raccoon named Roro.
Roro approached the house when she wanted a treat because the previous owners frequently fed animals and birds.
‘They told me that sometimes a raccoon comes straight up to the door, but I didn’t believe them at first.’
I was making dinner about a week after moving in when I heard a sound.’ Brie reflects. Brie fed Roro, who was standing outside the door, despite her surprise.
Following that, the raccoon began to visit on a regular basis and eventually made friends with the new owner of the house.
The offspring were brought by the mother raccoon to meet her new human acquaintance. ‘I bought a little lake for Roro and her babies to swim and play in.’
They were overjoyed.’ Brie stated. Caring for Roro helped the woman figure out what she really wants to do with her life.
‘Roro has had a positive influence on my life and offered me a great deal of joy.’
Every day, I look forward to seeing her. ‘She truly became a family member to me,’ the woman admitted.
