Man is nursing a sick squirrel back to health with a special diet

A young squirrel with a shattered leg was discovered on the side of the road. The squirrel was cared for by Noel, a local with experience in animal rescue.

Noel initially sought assistance from experts, including a local veterinarian, a physiotherapist, and a protein specialist who advised him over the phone.

The squirrel, they said, was not hopeless, but in the worst-case situation, if the baby’s brain was harmed, he would be dependent on humans for the rest of his life. Noel and his girlfriend planned to restore the squirrel to its native environment.

They injected the squirrel cat with milk three times a day using a syringe. A squirrel on such a diet would be expected to become stronger and acquire strength. The squirrel slept in a cage with a fleece hat filled with straw.

Noel arranged for a physiotherapist to visit his house since the squirrel’s paw was injured.

His words of wisdom and massages facilitated the animal’s quick recuperation from the fracture.

The squirrel now looks and feels healthier as a result of his rescuers’ special diet and diligent care.
