Malia rushed back home because it was pouring buckets outside and she needed to get into a warm apartment as soon as possible.
On the way, she came across a dog resting on the pavement in the pouring rain, and she wanted to hide and relax, so she curled up in a ball to keep warm.
The chilly rain continued to fall, and it appeared that tears were streaming from the dog’s eyes.
In such a state, Malia couldn’t remain unconcerned about the animal.
Malia approached the dog and looked at it, then began talking to it on her own.
She inquired if the dog would accompany her, and the animal appeared to grasp what she was saying and rushed to her feet.
She returned home and gave the dog a warm bath. Malia, who had grown connected to the pet, was overjoyed by this.
She christened the puppy Inky, and she and her poodle got along swimmingly.
Malia has never regretted having Inky to her house because she is highly intelligent, well-mannered, and affectionate.
Inky adapted to life in a new apartment fast, and she is now content and surrounded by love.
