Cali’s labour has turned into a true adventure for her owners.
The dog was supposed to produce six or eight pups based on what the veterinarian observed on the ultrasound, but up to 20 little bulldogs were delivered.
The delivery took around a day, and according to the dog’s owner, there was a lot of pandemonium in their home during that time.
The dog began to breathe swiftly and sporadically on the evening of March 18, the child noted.
The dog became nervous, and the first puppy was born. Others trailed behind him.
The owner exhaled gently as the dog gave birth to her eighth youngster, waiting for the procedure to be completed, but it was evident from the dog’s appearance that the delivery process was well on.
The dog calmed down after the twelfth puppy, and her family went to the veterinarian clinic right after. The dog was given a medicine that made the contractions stronger, and the doggo gave birth to eight additional puppies as a result.
Despite the greatest efforts of the physicians, nine puppies did not make it. The other eleven are in perfect health. The woman intends to rehome the bulldogs once they reach adulthood.
