Jack Smith rescued a stray kitten and named him Tinga 10 years ago.
The baby was brought home by Jack’s daughter, who nursed him and planned to raise him for the rest of her life.
She moved a few months later, and Tinga stayed with her father, who worked for a contracting firm at the time.
The cat was serious about keeping the man who had become his full-fledged foster father.
‘I get to work at 7:00 a.m. Tinga climbs into my lap at 6:30 p.m., sits comfortably, and begins to purr loudly.
‘It appears that he knows everything and has the same emotions as me,’ the animal’s owner, Jack, adds.
Tinga is already waiting on the doorstep to greet the man when he returns home at lunchtime.
Jack spreads out his paws and cuddles him once he warms up his meal and eats.
When the cat is nestled so snugly on Jack’s lap, he occasionally falls asleep soundly.
Tinga is constantly following Jack around. Tinga was extremely fortunate to be in the right spot at the right moment when the man discovered him!
