Before anything bad happened, Erin Wilson and her 2-year-old dog Eva went for a walk in the midday light.
She was startled by an unexpected sound, and the cougar quickly readied for a strike.
Erin called for Eva, and the dog ran at the cougar with all her strength without hesitation. Unfortunately, the cougar got the better of the dog.
Erin, on the other hand, was not about to give up her puppy that lightly.
She began to yell for the animal to move away from her dog.In the end, he simply let go and ran. She swiftly got her glasses off the ground, hugged Sharon, and returned her pet to the car.
The woman didn’t spare any time in getting her pet to the vet. She regained the strength to live owing to the joint care of vets and her own owners, and she was discharged home after a few days.
To cover medical costs, Erin created a Facebook page, which was quickly swamped by the public’s love and support for her brave dog, and all funds were quickly raised.
