Twenty years ago, while studying turtles, veterinarians Elina and Jay got to know one another. Toas, their pet turtle, was chosen to carry the wedding rings because of this decision.
The bride and groom sprinkled strawberries, Tomas’s favorite food, as he made his way to the altar. As he has become accustomed to living in the desert, Tomas mainly consumes hay and other dry things.
But since he also likes strawberries, we determined that serving him this fruit would be the most effective approach to convince him to walk down the aisle. Elina clarified.
Tomas walked very slowly, but he did a great job and carried the rings on a basket of flowers attached to his shell.
‘While Tomas was heading down the aisle, the only thing we all were concerned about was the fact that some of the females had painted their toenails.
We were pleased with the outcome and I believe he did a great job, Elina stated.
The gradual but charming bearer of the rings charmed all of the guests.
The day following the wedding, they requested that Elina show them as many pictures as she could of Tomas, who had won their hearts.
