The sanctuary was thinking that a canine like Neno could never be embraced.
An officer was able to take him after some kind people saw him running through the streets with two other dogs.
However, Neno’s past remained a mystery without a chip or identification collar.
He was shy and very reserved. He was always unable to adjust during his time in the shelter.
After being there for five days, Neno was examined and moved to the adoption floor. However, his family discovered him miraculously. Last November, Neno left his residence.
In vain, his family spent months traveling and placing advertisements in search of him.
They only realized they had a beloved pet when they saw the post on the shelter’s Facebook page and went to get him that very same day.
When he saw his family enter the shelter, Neno’s entire outlook changed in a second.
Fortunately, the employee took a photo of the touching reunion when she took out her camera.
