As he walks alongside his injured owner, the dog imitates his limp out of sympathy

A resident broke his leg and had to wear a cast. Only with crutches and bouncing on his healthy leg was the man able to walk. He limped during walks with his favorite dog because it was impossible to lean on a damaged leg.

After all, even with a cast on one leg, the dog still wants to go outside and mark all the lampposts. Then he noticed the dog was limping as well. He suddenly realized the dog couldn’t lean on his left front leg.

It’s unknown where his greyhound’s paw was injured; it’s unclear whether it was a fracture or a break in the bone, or if a splinter or a piece of glass simply got into the animal’s paw. The couple limped off to the vet for a checkup after the man leashed the dog.

A middle-aged man on three legs (not including crutches) and a lovely thoroughbred dog on three legs as well.

The greyhound was inspected by the veterinarian, who detected no problems. The dog appeared to be in excellent health. The doctor and the patient then decided to get an x-ray to see what was wrong.

The doctor diagnosed the situation as a simulation. The dog is limping out of sympathy for the owner, not because of any difficulties with his paws. For no apparent reason, the dog imitates the conduct of a loved one. This astounding conclusion and an x-ray revealing a healthy paw cost the man $300.
