When a sanctuary caught fire, the flames swiftly extended to the rest of the property, including the rescued dogs and cats.
After the flames were extinguished, a firefighter and several firefighters had to walk inside the structure to extinguish small fires. Furthermore, the men found and rescued the animals that had survived.
«Cats look as if they’ve been scared. They appeared to have encountered a ghost.» «It’s unfortunate that this occurs in a region where animals are protected,» the firefighter observed.
In one of the rooms, he noticed a cage with three cats dispersed among the rubble. After taking out a box with her, the man chose to keep the cat.
«Surprisingly, she ended up in the worst position and came away with a handful of injuries,» the firefighter stated.
He had previously adopted two cats and a dog from the same animal shelter. The cat was still terrified and hiding in the new house, but she was able to settle down the next day.
The cat now refuses to leave her new owner, and she constantly meows and cuddles him with her paws.
According to the firefighter, he did nothing out of the ordinary. He claims that putting out the fire and preserving the animals would have been impossible without the combined efforts of the entire fire department.
