During one of her farm walks, a local resident noticed a little squeak coming from a small piece of wood.
It was created by a stray gray-and-white cat.
She decided to leave the baby alone for the time being and not to touch him in case his mother came back.
Later that evening, when the woman checked the log again, she saw that the cat was still there.
She made the decision to take her home because she was undoubtedly in need of help.
The female cat looked to be a little older than a day or two old.
She had not yet seen anything. At that moment, her dog also went into the bathroom.
It looked as though the dog had become the parent, raising the kitten.
Even though the baby hadn’t yet seen who her new companion looked like, she accepted his care right away.
When they’re not playing games or sleeping on the couch in an embrace, the two are constantly together.
Even though the dog is getting close to being thirteen years old and the kitten is already five months old, they are still fairly close.
The cat grew older, more powerful, more active.
