We’ve long known that dogs are wonderful creatures, capable of feats that seem impossible for a four-legged creature. We would never have believed a dog could be a monk. This adorable dog, believe it or not, proved me wrong.
Even if a puppy living like a brother is rare, the dog’s name seems more than suitable, given that the saint who created the order is the patron saint of animals.
Since he had lived on the streets before being adopted by the monks, the dog’s life had been everything but easy.
However, thanks to a local animal sanctuary, the pup’s life has significantly transformed.
And, because their campaign has been so successful, the group hopes that the dog’s touching narrative will serve as an example, and that other monasteries will follow suit in the future.
A monk at the monastery commented, «His life consists of playing and running.» «Here, all of the brothers adore him. He is a divine creation. This type of story can brighten one’s day. Isn’t it wonderful?
