Something terrible happened to a man and his dog as they were walking near a train track. They uncovered a sack that appeared to be moving and was wrapped around five other bags. After further inspection, the man noticed a small puppy inside!
The man and his dog happened to be in the right place at the right moment. They were lucky in that they knew exactly what they needed to do, and their quick thinking may have saved the dog’s life.
The dog is recovering and becoming acclimated to humans as officials hunt for solutions. When the man spotted the puppy, she was in a zipped sports bag inside two plastic bags.
The handles of the plastic bags were similarly affixed. The pee-soaked bags indicated that the dog had been inside for some time. The man felt he needed to take action right now.
«He immediately grabbed the suitcase and brought it to the shelter.» Inside, a young female dog was discovered. «She and the bags she was in were drenched in urine,» the animal sanctuary reported.
The dog was taken in by an animal shelter, where she received the care she needed. Despite the fact that many people have expressed interest in adopting the brave puppy, she is not yet ready to be adopted.
