No one was aware of Belko’s background when he arrived at the shelter after he was discovered in the streets.
On the other hand, Belko turned out to be a quick learner, and it didn’t take long for everyone to appreciate what a wonderful dog he was.
He would typically walk in a circle and welcome visitors to his space. It wasn’t hard to get new volunteers to know him; Feeding him treats was all that was required.
